"I'm so glad to be with State farm this is by far the best insurance company I've ever been a part of. I almost felt like I was treated like a celebrity when I made my claim. I'm making my claim they set me up with the collision place and also a rental company within 10 minutes 🤏 I was already set up in both places. 🤯Both places were calling me as I was on the phone with the State farm to call me in and set up specific appointed time with them. And the rental company also sent a ride for me to and from the collision place before and after the work was done.👍👍👍👍👍👍 State farm is the best and they are very reasonable. 💯🥰 I guess I'm getting life insurance with them next. 🤔🤗😊"

"I am writing to share my experience today and express my concern regarding the repeated changes to my billing over the past several months with Statefarm. My premium has increased multiple times without clear or timely notice. In most instances, I only become aware of the change shortly before my account is scheduled to be debited, which I then call to see whats going on. First, I was told that my rate increase was due to being quoted incorrectly. Not my fault (that was on them). But as the customer we eat that cost!!! Then it was they couldn't find my paperwork for my son having good grades. It magically appeared in my folder....again they dropped the ball.....But i wasn't refunded..Now today I am being charged for a driver who does not reside in my household, solely because their license reflects my address and once upon a time a quote was done for them months prior. But things change. They decided to leave. Oh, and they should not use there parents address or have mail sent.(why because it shows they still live there) When they decide to leave all there information should be transfered to the new address according to statefarm policy. Because they need proof. 😂This individual does not live with me and does not drive neither one of my vehicles. I said this a thousand times..... I was told several times that I must provide proof that they are insured elsewhere or documentation showing a different address or a bill. I know for a fact they didnt tranfer any bills or have a lease at the place they at. They are super young. So where would I get the proof.... While I cannot confirm whether they are listed on another policy, I can assume but they dont have a vehicle. They were driving someone else vehicle, which has nothing to do with me.... I can confirm they are not a member of my household and should not be rated under my policy. But Statefarm charges you for that no matter what. They looking for money. I was told I will be responsible for the amount even if the individual not there and not driving my vehicles. We are talking about an $140 increase. In this economy who has money to just to be giving away. Additionally, my recent interactions with Laura and Reiner were disappointing. I did not feel supported in resolving my concerns. Reiner was being scartictic on the phone. Guess he got tired of me repeating myself.....The only concern they care about is show proof. Or Laura advice shop around. I wouldnt be surprised if they canceled my policy. And not tell me they canceled it😂"

"I have been shopping around for insurance for a while. I got a quote from them and when I called in again to get it all set up they increased the price by $100. Extremely rude and unprofessional. Definitely make sure what they quote you"

"We agree, reviewing quotes in detail is a must. We represent ourselves ethically and honestly and always quote customers the premium they qualify for at the time of application. Looks like your premium changed in the month that our team was unable to get a hold of you. When we got you back on the phone your premium had increased, and we discussed your newly quoted premium in detail. You were unhappy with that and chose not to insure with us. Our professionalism is tied to our ethics and our insurance expertise. We act kindly, politely, and respectfully. Your experience is obviously an outlier when compared to the nearly 400 5 Star Reviews that customers have offered us. We will continue to act ethically and honestly, as we did with you. "I had the pleasure of working with Rashad, and honestly, he deserves a medal of honor. Insurance has always felt like an advanced calculus problem to me; except I never took calculus. I asked more questions than a philosophy major in a freshman seminar, and Rashad answered every single one with patience and clarity. He turned what I thought would be a bureaucratic nightmare into a smooth, painless process. "I’m furious. I clearly told this office that I needed myself AND my kids added to my policy at a set price. I trusted them, paid every month, and assumed everything was correct. Now I’m being told that my kids were never added, and that all this time I’ve been paying high premiums for policy that only covers two people in their 50s, not my family. And instead of owning their mistake, they’re now trying to intimidate me with back-charges like it’s my fault. Absolutely unacceptable."
