"I recently switched to State farm from an insurance company i had never heard of. Before dealing with them. And let me just say that if the stars went higher than 5 they'd receive em from me. Bryan at this particular branch of state farm needs a raise. That man's level of customer service is on 10,000. I was paying what I felt was an insane amount for insurance. Yes, my driving is not the best. But, I've literally had one at fault accident in the past IDK how many years. And no tickets outside of that accident in 5+ years. I was paying $479 a month for 2 vehicles and 2 drivers through "AIC" which even to a realistic person like myself seemed awfully high. I reached out to Bryan at state farm and within an hour had a quote that beat my current by over $120 dollars. AND I GOT BETTER COVERAGE with ALOT of perks that I didn't even know i could get with car insurance..... 10 outta 10 HIGHLY recommend calling Z.A. State Farm and asking for Bryan. Honestly a great guy that you can tell actually cares about what you truly need and what you should probably want. And if you don't know what the stuff means? #(ME) Bryan will explain it..... I owe this man and state farm a huge debt of gratitude... Truth be told I could go on for far longer but I'll shut up. Suffice to say. If you stay where you're at amd don't at least weigh your options with State farm at the Zach Armiger branch???? YOUR LOSS"

I was insured with them for just one week then I received a call saying they “accidentally” gave me a discount and now I have to pay an additional $200 on top of what I already paid. They’re trying to make me pay for their mistake, as if it’s my fault they don’t pay attention to details. This is completely dishonest. I do not recommend this place at all they’re misleading and unprofessional. If I could give zero stars, I would."
